how itWorks
1. Consultation
We talk about the look you want, check your hair, match your colour and work out the right method and amount of hair.
2. We order your hair
We don't keep extensions in stock. Your hair is ordered in your exact shades after the consultation, and we'll book your fitting when it arrives.
3. Fitting
Your extensions are fitted, then cut and blended into your own hair and styled before you leave.
4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance appointments keep them sitting right. Your stylist will set the schedule that suits your method.

Brush gently
Use a soft extension brush and work up from the ends, holding the hair near the bonds.
Wash with care
Use the products your stylist recommends, and keep conditioner and oils away from the bonds.
Dry the bonds
Always dry the roots and bonds properly after washing. Never sleep with wet extensions.
Tie it back at night
A loose plait or low ponytail stops tangling while you sleep.
Keep your appointments
Regular maintenance keeps your extensions comfortable and protects your own hair.
